- The winning hand can be won by Player2/3/4
- The winning hand must be won before the first drawn tile
- The winning hand must be won before the first exposed meld (except Concealed Kong)
- The winning hand must form 4 sets of melds and a pair of eyes.
- The winning hand does not need to have any Doubles.
